If You Killed Some Bosses in Antorus Can You Join Someone Elses Instance and Kill Them Again?
PSA : If you lot do mythic with a group, you lot won't be able to bring together another group until next raid reset. You will be locked to that group. This simply applies to Mythic raid difficulty
Nigh 40% of all the people we invite for Mythic raids and locked and don't know how the Mythic lock works. Figured I'd do this PSA.
Edit : I should precise that this means you can all the same continue to raid with the group you originally joined. You just can't get join some other group to continue Mythic. Fifty-fifty if all you do is join a grouping that already killed at least 1 boss and y'all click on "Accept" as you enter the raid, yous volition be locked, regardless of if you impale a boss yourself.

If you even zone in and click accept regardless of whether you impale a boss or not you are locked to that raid for the week.

Wait, are y'all certain that'south how information technology works? I know some of the lock out stuff is unlike, simply that seems actually, really harsh.

Harsh? they are already giving out 14/14 mythic for free after the nerfs. if you fail you must be running with everyone at like 550ilvl

Joined a Mythic. I DC. At present I'thou completely locked out of Mythic.

Then what you're saying is that mythic works exactly the same as heroic did before the patch. Almost every bit if they just renamed it similar they said they would. How confusing that must be for anybody.

I besides thought near people would understand, just after having 10+ people join our mythic raid simply to be an "Invalid Target" when we tried to summon them because of raid lockout, I was proven otherwise.

Heroic ("mythic") raids locks have been similar that since cata. Of course, y'all can always continue the run if you raid atomic number 82. Just can't join another lockout unless it's in a lower difficulty

I retrieve it was actually totc-> dragon soul where the heroic lockouts weren't "furthest boss killed" Could be wrog
